The Caper Challenge

Joseph Craven and I created The Caper Challenge as a way to force ourselves to write a short story. Honestly, I'd never finished one in my life.

The challenges?

48 hours to write a caper story

Must include:
  1. A custodian named Glenn
  2. A rooftop scene
  3. The line "Well, that's not how I would have planned it."
Then we upped the ante and invited folks to join us. They were given no details until they committed.

I didn't realize my curiosity was a commitment and I didn't write my story down. I thought of one, and said it out loud, and it was HILARIOUS. But never typed it up. (cue sad trombone)
